ART takes part in MVF on 2 May

ART will be present at Motor Valley Fest 2024 on the Panel “The challenge of Talents in an age of skill shortages 5.0”.

Modena – May 2, 2024 – ART, a leading Italian company in the supply of connected infotainment systems and digital cockpits for the automotive market (Luxury & Sport), announces its participation in the Motor Valley Fest to be held from 2nd to 5th May in Modena.

ART has been invited to participate in the talk “The challenge of Talents in an age of skill shortage 5.0” with the intervention of Emanuela Bernardini, Chief Culture Transformation Officer.

The discussion will focus on the many challenges facing our society, including the shrinking number of young people in an increasingly mature society, the changing way people live and think post-pandemic, as well as the discovery of remote working.

The new generations and the differing values and priorities they bring with them will also be discussed, including a profound consideration of sustainability and the well-being of the environment.

In this panorama, Emanuela Bernardini will share with the other guests the programs that are being carried out at ART.

Attraction and retention will be the focus of the talk. Particular attention will be paid to the best practices to be followed in order to attract young talent, as well as to the creation of a tailor-made employer engagement plan with the aim of ensuring strong retention.
