ART acquires M.A.E. Elettronica: a new Italian technology hub in the world of motorcycles

ART has strengthened its presence in the motorcycle sector by announcing the signing of a binding agreement for the acquisition of MAE Elettronica, a company founded in 1977 by the Gravalini family specialized in the supply of original equipment dashboards, power units and sensors for motorcycles.

This deal is not just an acquisition, but a strategic step towards the creation of an advanced technology hub, where the know-how, creativity and production capacity typical of Italian manufacturing are integrated in order to develop innovative and highly competitive electronic solutions at an international level.

The alliance aims to combine cutting-edge technologies and long-term vision, accelerating the development of digital and connected products capable of responding to the needs of a constantly evolving global market. The partnership also promotes a plan for diversification and expansion into new high-potential market segments, thus enhancing Italian excellence in electronics and design.
